Another way to make sure you are absorbing all essential nutrients: make sure you chew your food. The more you chew, the less your body has to work to breakdown the needed nutrients. Each bith should be chewed at least 20 times. Next time you eat something, pay attention to how many times you chew!

How many hours of sleep do you get nightly? The body requires more sleep for those who use more energy througout the day. As a general rule, 6-9 hours is recommended for adults and more for children.
